This is a brand new online training course. Moving from middle management to senior leadership can be a daunting and challenging prospect. This three part online CPD course will develop your understanding of many areas of senior leadership that are required by the aspiring senior leader in order to drive improvement in today’s schools. The course will also help you reflect on your readiness for such a post and look at how you can manage the transition from middle manager to senior leader.
